Whether à la carte or in the preparation of menus and buffets - the focus is always on fresh and regional products, which are also carefully selected with regard to seasonal conditions. In order to meet this requirement, the menu changes at regular intervals.

And because a fine wine can enrich the taste experience in the long term, we have a well-stocked wine list and an exquisite selection of aperitifs and digestifs.
