Stocked with 1000 little things, the Saline and Local History Museum opens its doors to a long-forgotten time. Each room offers new discoveries - be it an old pharmacy with all the tools and appliances that a pill maker once needed. The story of how the pill-maker got his name is also told. The showpiece of the museum is undoubtedly the Konventsaal, a faithful reconstruction of the Salinedirektion's meeting room. Of course, information and numerous exhibits on the history of the town, which is characterized by salt and wine, are not to be missed.
