Ski jump on the Black Hill
Ski jump on the Black Hill
In 1954, Hans Renner invented plastic mattings for jumping during snow-free periods and tested them with Werner Lesser on the ski jump at Schwarzer Hügel, also known as the Regenbergschanze. His invention is used worldwide today.
Today, the ski jump is no longer used and can only be visited.
