You can experience mining up close in the "Volle Rose" show mine. Guided by experienced miners, visitors travel 360 m into the historic tunnel on a special train. This provides an impressive insight into mining in the past century and the work of the miners in the fluorspar district. Before the trip, a short film provides a lot of information about the history of mining in the area and accompanies the miners into the mine before the closure of the Gehren fluorspar mine.

The "Volle Rose" show mine is a museum:
