The Scheithof is a public facility of the town of Eisenberg and is a place of cultural, economic and social life. The hall, garden hall and catering are available to local clubs, organizations, businesses and residents for their events. Family celebrations for up to 100 people as well as lectures and events can be held here.

The Scheithof is an outbuilding to the west of Christiansburg Castle that was built in the 17th century as a mint. It is one of the oldest buildings in the town. It has been renovated in recent years and is now available as an event venue and cultural stage.
