There are two playgrounds at Mühlhäuser Schwanenteich. The first is centrally located at the Schwanenteich cultural site and at the entrance to the outdoor pool and is particularly popular with younger children. The second play area is located at the north-western end of the swan pond. This is more suitable for older children. A walk around the swan pond is possible, as is a detour to the Popperode fountain house. There are also opportunities to drink coffee and eat ice cream.
