Seven saunas and sweat rooms with temperatures from 45 to 100 °C await you. You can relax in the fireplace room and in the relaxation rooms.

THE INTERIOR

In addition to the infusion sauna and the gentler sweating rooms, you can use the fireplace room, the relaxation room, the ice fountain and the foot basins as well as the vitality bar.

Brine inhalation steam bath 45 °C - The "healthy" one

Relax and inhale like in the "mini eraser factory". Healthy Bad Salzungen brine trickles down over blackthorn branches. This has a healing effect on your respiratory tract and skin.

Aroma bath 60 °C - The "gentle" one

Lowered temperature and increased humidity ensure gentle, circulation-friendly sweating. In addition, a pleasant fragrance ensures your well-being.

Vital infusion sauna 90 °C - The "classic" sauna

The healthy effect of the Finnish infusion sauna on the metabolism and immune system has been known for centuries.

Infusion duration: 7 to 10 minutes

THE OUTDOOR AREA

You can refresh yourself in the sauna garden thanks to the brine path and a cooling pool. Loungers invite you to sunbathe comfortably in peaceful, green surroundings.

Rhön-Schwitze 70 °C - The "fragrant" one

Sweating pleasure of a special kind. Let yourself be inspired by the scents, sounds of nature and light accents as you relax. Backlit photos whisk you away to the gentle hilltop landscape of the Rhön.

Salt sauna 80 °C - The "salty" one

This low-temperature sauna reflects the "salty" history of Bad Salzungen. Gentle sauna bathing in the atmospheric light of the backlit salt stones.

Panorama infusion sauna 90 °C - the "meditative" sauna

The special feature of this second Finnish infusion sauna is the large window with a panoramic view of the Werra floodplain.

Natural sauna 100 °C - The "rustic" sauna

Sauna bathing in its original form, reduced to the essentials - the temperature. The open fire creates a rustic coziness.
