The playground is located at the northern end of the Südpark and is therefore surrounded by the Roland Matthes indoor swimming pool, the athletics hall, the Steigerwald stadium and, of course, the park.

Surrounded by trees, children can swing, climb and slide here. There is also a volleyball court and a table tennis table.
