The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Anna is a listed church building located in Eichenhausen, a part of the municipality of Wülfershausen an der Saale in the district of Rhön-Grabfeld (Lower Franconia, Bavaria).

In 1509, Lorenz von Bibra issued a letter of indulgence for the purpose of building the church. The hall church was then built at the end of the 16th century. The nave and the straight, closed choir of the same width are covered by a common gabled roof, from which a hexagonal, slate-covered ridge turret has risen between the two parts of the building since 1613, housing the belfry behind the sound arcades and topped by a high, pointed tent roof.
