The quarrystone parish church of St. Cosmas and Damian is located in the village of Silberhausen in the town of Dingelstädt. It was built between 1756 and 1764. The baroque interior from 1763 is particularly worth seeing. The church bells were renewed for the 250th anniversary of the consecration of the church in 2014. The path from the cemetery to the chapel, which was built in 1919, is designed as a Way of the Cross. This path and the chapel at the end of the path, which has been renovated in recent years, are a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.
