The Rhön GmbH tourist information office is located in the entrance area of the Bruder-Franz-Haus on the Kreuzberg. The staff here will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the Kreuzberg and the Rhön. Hiking maps, souvenirs and devotional items can be purchased here. The special feature of the tourist information office in the Bruder-Franz-Haus is that it is the highest information point in Franconia at 860 meters above sea level.

Attached to the tourist information center are an exhibition on „Francis of Assisi“ and meditation rooms.
