In the high season we are open daily and offer a customer-oriented service with advice. You will find us in the immediate vicinity of the town hall at Ratsstraße 20.

We will be happy to put you in touch: Guided tours of the town, trips on the Mühlhäuser Geckobahn, organ demonstrations, themed tours, tour guides, overnight stays, catering services, guided hikes, program suggestions for groups, sale of concert tickets, printed matter, souvenirs and much more.

Tourist Information Mühlhausen is part of Wirtschaftsbetriebe Mühlhausen GmbH and has various tasks. In addition to providing services for guests and citizens in the office, it produces brochures, develops new products and creates offers. The work in supra-regional tourism associations, such as the Thuringian Towns Association or the Bach Working Group, promotes marketing as a tourist location. Creating networks and working on joint projects is another area of activity.
