Drinking Hall
Drinking Hall
Some visitors swear by it, while others shudder at the mere thought. This refers to the Bad Sulza drinking brine, which is served in the drinking hall. Once upon a time, Bad Sulza's spa doctors prescribed their patients "a liter of brine on an empty stomach before breakfast." This horse cure is not necessary if you want to feel the beneficial effect of the drinking brine for the gastrointestinal tract. The drinking hall itself was built in 1910 in Art Nouveau style and was extensively renovated in 2009. Today you can sit here and simply let your gaze wander around the Bad Sulza spa park and enjoy the peace and quiet.
