The Wandelhalle was designed by Karl Behlert (1870-1946) and completed in 1913. It was built in the classical style and was originally open to the slope side. In the 1950s, it was glazed and heating and lighting were installed. In the lobby, visitors have the opportunity to taste the water from Bad Liebenstein's healing springs.
