Just outside Weimar, on the historic Krakau estate, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany has been created - the Weimarer Land GolfResort. The former Krakau estate has been given a new lease of life with a great deal of dedication and invites you to linger. The spectacular 36-hole golf course with a fantastic natural backdrop consists of two 18-hole golf courses and a 3-hole practice course. The combination of the two courses makes three varied 18-hole variants possible: the Goethe Course, the Feininger Course and the Bobby Jones Champion Course. The golf course is complemented by first-class practice facilities such as the driving range, the 3-hole short course, the putting green, the practice area for the short game and the practice bunkers. Whether beginner, advanced or professional: everyone can indulge in their individual golfing pleasures.

Free taster golf sessions are offered every Sunday from 2 to 3 pm during the season for anyone interested in golf.

The golf course is surrounded by around 150 hectares of attractive fields and woodland. It is characterized by a slightly hilly topography and is located at the foothills of the Thuringian Forest.

A 4-star superior spa & golf hotel awaits you next to the golf course, stylishly embedded in the natural surroundings. Look forward to a large wellness area with pools and free yoga and aerobics classes. The spa promises relaxing moments with a sauna, massages and beauty treatments. Or take a seat on the large sun terrace.

A free program with activities for children up to 14 years is offered. You are also welcome to hire bicycles free of charge.

In the restaurants you can choose between Thuringian, Mediterranean or Francophile cuisine, a small feast for the palate or a sumptuous dinner. Of course, you can also get a snack to tide you over, coffee and cake in the afternoon, an aperitif before dinner or a cocktail to round off the day.
