Cellar master André Zahn is responsible for the development of the wines, while Elvira Zahn-General and Torsten General are in charge of catering and marketing. Seasonal highlights include Easter lamb, fresh field asparagus and autumnal delights such as mushroom dishes and Federweißer wine with hearty onion tart. A real treat in summer: freshly grilled Thuringian trout from Forellenhof Rust.
