Weischwitz
Weischwitz
The village was first mentioned in documents in 1381. The name comes from the Slavic language and was long interpreted as "the higher village". Today, it is certain that the place name is derived from a personal name. Weischwitz is the smallest village in the municipality of Kaulsdorf. Traditional half-timbered houses with abundant floral decorations and well-kept properties adorn the village streets. Extensive coniferous and mixed forests surround the village and invite you to hikes and walks.
