In the white season, the old slate mining town of Lehesten is a particularly attractive destination: kilometers of cross-country ski trails and ski hiking paths through snow-covered forests and across wide white fields. All of them lead around the snow-sure Wetzstein and offer magnificent views as far as the Franconian Forest. A truly enchanting snowy landscape.
