The location at the foot of the Kreuzberg, in the middle of the Rhön biosphere reserve, is the ideal starting point for hiking or „experiencing“ the popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The premium hiking trail „Der Hochrhöner“, as well as the Rhön cycle path and the cycle path „vom Main zur Rhön" all run through our town. There is also an extensive mountain bike network.
