The pitch is located in Geraer Straße on the edge of the town of Eisenberg in the Thuringian Holzland. Eisenberg is an ideal starting point for excursions into the Mühltal (towards Kursdorf). There are still eight former mills and the Mühltal Miniature Park in Mühltal. In Eisenberg you will find the castle church at Christiansburg Castle (today the seat of the district administration), one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Germany. Directly adjacent is the castle garden with a park. Opposite the motorhome site is the town's zoo.
