This charming half-timbered house has been welcoming guests from near and far for 300 years. Situated 3 km from the A9 Bad Klostrerlausnitz highway exit, not far from the Hermsdorf junction and surrounded by the forests and moors of the Saale-Holzland region, you can relax and unwind here. Nature starts on the doorstep. You can discover the unique, protected upland moor just a few meters from our house. Rare plants and animals such as the Alpine newt, grass snake and sundew are at home here. Everyone will find a cozy spot on the park-like 2 hectare property, be it under a hundred-year-old beech tree or for a picnic on the meadow. Children can play in the playground while their parents take a seat in the cozy beer garden.
The restaurant is open at weekends.
Barbecue evenings during the week with a fire bowl and Thuringian bratwurst are possible by prior arrangement.
