Zwergstatt Philipp Griebel - Dwarf Museum

The Griebel company in Gräfenroda can look back on a long tradition in the production of garden gnomes. Philipp Griebel founded his own company back in 1874, and between 1880 and 1890 he was involved in the development of the well-known garden gnome. Today, visitors to the museum can follow the history of the company as well as the history of the cute little gnomes, from animals and fairy tale figures to garden gnomes, and see the quality of the little men for themselves. If you like, you can buy one or two to decorate your garden in the adjoining store.
