The restaurant of the Naturresort Schindelbruch hotel, located in the middle of the forests near the half-timbered town of Stolberg in the southern Harz region, invites its guests on a culinary journey of discovery - with carefully selected products, often from regional producers, fresh herbs from the Schindelbruch garden and red and fallow deer from its own hunting grounds in the forests around Stolberg.

The elegant and sustainably oriented nature resort Schindelbruch of the Ritter von Kempski private hotels offers three restaurants where authentic cuisine, regionally inspired, is on the menu. Kitchen director and star chef Philipp Liebisch is responsible for this.

A sommelier is on hand to help select the right wines. In the Schindelbruch vinotheque, the house's favorite wines are presented in air-conditioned wine cabinets, including familiar classics from all over the world, but also a particularly large number of regional wines of outstanding quality - 130 wines are on the menu.
