The Schlossschänke Kromsdorf is run by a young cooperative with around 120 members. The concept of the Schlossschänke is to offer good regional cuisine at an affordable price. The creative menu offers regional and seasonal dishes as well as home-brewed beer and wonderful wines.
If you are wondering about the colorful cushions in the beer garden: Each member of the cooperative has provided a cushion from their home to reflect the colorful structure of the cooperative.
