Watches and jewelry - Master watchmaker
Watches and jewelry - Master watchmaker
Bernd Fischer completed his watchmaking apprenticeship from 1975 to 1978. After he was denied the opportunity to study precision mechanics, he found a watchmaking apprenticeship through an acquaintance and quickly discovered a passion.
After successfully completing his apprenticeship, he worked as a journeyman for Rüdiger Gallmüller for six years. In 1984, Mr. Fischer received his master craftsman's certificate from the Chamber of Crafts in Erfurt. In the same year, he took over the "Keil" jewelry store at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 14 as a master watchmaker and founded his own company. Initially, he and two other watchmakers carried out repair work until 1990, when the business expanded to include watch and jewelry sales and the hiring of additional service staff.
In 2007, the company moved to new premises with more sales space at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 4, where the service was expanded to include jewelry repairs, and our standards have not changed since the company was founded: Friendly, trained specialist staff, fairly calculated prices, comprehensive repair and advice service.
